Tuesday Update!
Good afternoon.
Here is a quick update on where things stand right now. My highest priority is reconstructing your accurate transaction history. I assumed that transferring balances straight over from the other system wouldn't have any issues, but your feedback says otherwise. So I'll rebuild your balances to be sure.
What I’ve Already Done:
- I’ve added your personal commissions and mentor bonuses to your Posh Wallet, fully updated through last Wednesday. You can view your updated balance at theperfectlyposh.com/posh-wallet. Make sure you are logged in.
- I'm still working on iPayout integration. When this is complete, you will be able to transfer Commissions Points to iPayout.
- There are a few bugs with paying for orders with commission points. Some people have already paid for orders with commissions, but some others are receiving an error. We’re making good progress, and I’ll keep chipping away until it’s seamless.
What I’m Working On Next:
- Missing Orders or Transactions: If you spot any missing orders in your history, please submit a support ticket with as many details as possible (email confirmation, customer name, date, amount, etc.). We’ll find it and make sure it’s attached properly.
- Lifetime Sales & Rank Accuracy: I’m auditing critical items like UnCon and Leadership tickets among others. Please hang tight. You don’t need to submit a ticket for this yet. I’m rebuilding every order from the other system line-by-line (and fixing their mistakes) to ensure your total lifetime sales and rank reflect exactly what they should.
- Perks Are Coming Soon: Perks aren’t accurately reflected in your wallet yet, but that’s on the way. No support tickets needed on perks for now. I’ll get those live shortly.
My Commitment to You:
I am committed to making sure every order is attached correctly, every commission is paid in full, and all Perks and Ranks are precise and accurate. If something is off, I will search it out, correct it, and ensure you’re paid exactly what you earned. This is personal for me, and I want you to feel 100% confident in that. I'm solving far more issues every day, so we'll get there very soon.
