Shipping Vendor Update
Our logistics vendor selected the UniUni shipping service because it is a low-cost option. After reviewing performance and customer impact, we have formally asked the vendor to stop shipping Posh orders using UniUni.
We are discontinuing the use of UniUni effective immediately.
UniUni’s lack of consistency in delivery speed and package handling is not aligned with the standards of the Posh brand. We currently have dozens of open support tickets related to delayed or damaged shipments tied to this carrier.
Our team will continue working through every existing ticket to ensure customers are taken care of. However, as of Thursday afternoon, December 18th, no new orders will be shipped using UniUni going forward.
This change protects the customer and advocate experience we expect at Posh. If any customer or advocate has an issue with a tracking number that begins with "UU," please open a support ticket through your dashboard.
