Gender Bender out of stock 8+ weeks, sample size still available

Gender Bender full size is out of stock and won’t be back for 8 to 10 weeks.

Sample size packs of 20 are still available

We have about 60 twenty-packs of sample-size Gender Bender bars left. Once they’re gone, no Gender Bender of any size is orderable until the restock arrives.

Samples are a real selling tool right now. Use them at parties, mail them to top customers, hand them out at events. A customer who tries the sample tends to come back for the full size, which means a sample shared today is a full-size order on the calendar for late summer.

When full size returns

Eight to ten weeks from today, which puts the restock in early to mid August. We’ll post here the day inventory is back in the warehouse and available to order.

A Note from Andrew

I have not posted a Posh News item since last month, so as you can tell, these posts are not automatic or AI-generated. Thank you for your patience. Good things are still happening this summer.

Emily and I met with product formulators yesterday for our Fall, Spooky, and Christmas lines. We are genuinely excited about what is in development for those seasons, and I cannot wait for you to see it. I absolutely LOVE every single product we’re considering!!

Before that, we spent 10 days in New York with our 12-year-old, Yogi, who played great at Cooperstown All Star Village, and our 19-year-old, Micah. The wifi was frustrating and limited my access all week, but the combination of the Hudson River Valley and the Manhattan energy always recharges my personal battery. If you know me, you know I am a New York State of Mind guy.

I have been heads-down, upgrading and improving the parts of the site you touch every day. 58 updates completed in the last two weeks! A lot of this came straight from your feedback, or from what your leaders reported in testing. Thank you.

  • Cleaner tools for sharing products, so getting Posh in front of your customers takes less work. My goal here is to shorten the distance. I want you to be able to share your info or a product as quickly and simply as possible.

Built to Last

I moved the pieces that kept breaking out of the website theme and into the core system, so design changes can never quietly switch them off again. Display issues with order numbers, commissions, and shipping info all now live where they won’t be bothered. The data has always been secure and protected, but the display improvements will lead to fewer interruptions for you and me.

Administrative Features

I also added 4 new tools that Mandy and I will use for quicker response to tickets and better support for you and your customers. Plus, I updated my supply chain forecasting tools, key performance indicator trackers, and business intelligence triggers that I will use for Nudges, which you are going to love.

Updated Policies and Procedures

What's New

You can represent other companies at any rank. Section 3.4 used to have a Rank 20 ceiling. It’s gone. You may run other businesses, hold other jobs, or pursue additional income while you build Posh. Three narrow rules apply (recruiting, competing products, Company-hosted events), and the document explains each one plainly.

No brand is currently designated as competing. The Competing Products framework exists as a future safeguard. If a specific brand is ever designated, you’ll hear it directly from the Company, by name, before any restriction takes effect. You don’t have to interpret a definition on your own.

“Company-hosted event” is now defined. It means an event the Company itself puts on (UnConventional, Leadership, regional training, official webinars). Your own vendor tables, parties, and community events are yours to run as you choose.

A new Section 6: Your Rights as an Advocate. Eight specific protections written down, including fair notice, the right to respond, the right to appeal, and a commitment that we will never enforce a policy you weren’t given proper notice of.

A full Privacy Policy. Section 13 covers what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, your state-law rights, and how to exercise them. The same policy is published at theperfectlyposh.com/privacy-policy.

A clear dispute path. Section 8 walks the four-step escalation: direct resolution, mediation, arbitration, and court. Most issues never leave step one. No class actions, no surprises.

Be honest. Be specific. Treat you like a trusted partner. The promise on page one is the promise we run the company by:

We will be direct, fair, and consistent. We will tell you what the rules are, why they exist, and what happens when things go wrong. We will listen to you and work with you so that we are all successful.

Truck Update

The truck did not leave Dallas last week as planned. It left yesterday. We are hoping it arrives in Salt Lake City tomorrow, and the moment it does we are shipping the backlog of orders immediately.

Update on The Healer

I have been in contact with the manufacturer of The Healer. Production was delayed. We will share a confirmed delivery date as soon as we have one, but it is likely a few more weeks.

We still have All Better Shea Butter Stick in stock, and we’re glad it’s here to bridge the gap.

Truck arrives next week, Posh Perks credited, and a few updates

Orders shipping starts next week

If you’ve been waiting on an order from May 13 onward, three things to know.

First, we sent 363 emails yesterday with full Perks Points credited for the retail value of the items still in transit from Texas. You should see those Perks Points in your account already.

Second, our final inventory shipment left Dallas on Friday. We expect the truck to arrive Tuesday or Wednesday next week.

Third, once it lands we ship as fast as we can, oldest orders first. No one who waited gets overlooked.

Thank you for the patience while we got the warehouse and shipping pipeline into our own hands. We’re almost there. And Andrew has planned ahead so that we shouldn’t see as many delays in the future.

Commission points at checkout: fixed

If you’ve had issues with commission points calculating wrong at checkout, this has been fixed. If anything still looks off, let us know through your dashboard contact form and we’ll dig in.

Rank 5 t-shirts and award programs are returning

We’re bringing back the programs that were inconsistent or paused over the last 2 years, and we’re starting with Rank 5 t-shirts.

When you advance to Rank 5, you’ll get a link to add a pink t-shirt to your cart. The link lets you pick the size you actually want, ignores the size in your profile, and adds the shirt at no cost. You include it with your next order, so nothing ships separately.

Your About Me page is live. Here is what that means and how to set it up.

Your customers can now see who you are.
Every customer who shops with you now sees your photo and name at the top of every page, and an About Me page when they tap your photo. On your Bio page, they can read your story, your top three products, and get links to your social accounts. All in one place.

Right now your page is empty.
Here is how to set it up in about ten minutes or less. Open your advocate dashboard and tap the cog wheel. Go to Profile, then click Update My Bio.

What you will write.
A one-liner that captures who you are. Your origin story with Posh. Your real life beyond Posh. Your top three products and why you love them. Anything else you want your customers to know.

Customers buy from people they trust.
This is one way that you build that. Ten minutes and your customers will know you better and have a reason to keep shopping with you. Go set it up!

A lot has happened recently. Here is where things stand:

The new website is live and it is flying.
The transition to theperfectlyposh.com is complete and traffic is up substantially. Everything is running smoothly and the numbers look great. Thank you for your patience during the move.

Mandy is back!
Mandy Garcia has returned to handle support for advocates and customers. If you have been waiting on help, relief is on the way. Welcome back, Mandy!

iPayout stays through May.
iPayout will remain operational through the end of May so there is no disruption to your commissions and bonuses. We will share details on what comes next as we get closer.

New Policies and Procedures are coming.
An updated Policies and Procedures agreement will be posted soon. When it is available, you will be asked to review and agree to the new terms when logging in. This agreement is with Posh Enterprises LLC, which is fully owned and operated by Andrew McBride.

The Healer is on its way.
The Healer will be back at the end of May. It has been a long wait and we are just as excited as you are.

We wanted to share a quick update on Met Your Matcha and the Lucky Chunks Bundle.

Our current warehouse team mistakenly removed all Met Your Matcha inventory because they believed some coloration on the label indicated damage. It does not. What they were seeing is part of the natural variation we expect when making a bar soap with quality ingredients.

There must have been a mischievous leprechaun running around their office helping with that decision!

The product is more than fine, it’s a wonderful Posh Chunk and the warehouse team is now making that change to the quantity in their system.

That means the Lucky Chunks Bundle should also be available again shortly. Thank you for your patience while they get it corrected, or they get rid of that leprechaun!
