A few details:

• Look for “Perks for the Zest Friend delay. Thank you for your patience.”
• Those Perks Points are good until February 27, 2027.
• If you got a partial credit earlier this month, we topped it up to the full $8 per bar rather than paying twice.
• When an advocate ordered for a customer, the credit may have gone to the customer, since they are the one waiting on the product.

If a customer asks you about this, here is the short version:

Your Zest Friend bar was delayed on its way to Posh, so they put the full price of it back on your account in Perks Points and they will also ship the product you ordered to you. There is nothing else you need to do except pamper yourself, and make sure to use your extra Perks Points. 🙂

The delay happened before the product reached us, so nothing was sitting in our warehouse. We still apologize for the delay and are working it out with our suppliers to try to prevent it from happening in the future.

The Splurge last week was very exciting! Many things are going well currently, with a few areas for improvement.

What went well:

• We launched with teasers on Facebook and emails to all advocates.
• Wat(er)son and Sure-Lock are fun new additions for face skincare.
• Even with the huge wave of orders, turnaround time for shipping Splurge orders has been excellent!
• Spooky products are on their way!

What needs improvement:

• We’re still working on the ticket backlog. Progress is slow, but we’re pushing through until we’re caught up.
• The delays from our suppliers caused delays and split-shipping for a few items including Zest Friend and Indigo Girl. We’re moving up our forecasts and schedules to get product earlier.
• Andrew needs to communicate more. We’re making changes to our team calendar to get more updates from Andrew, more often.

As a result of the Splurge, we increased our server capacity and upgraded our traffic-management tools. We were really close to needing to do it anyway, but the Splurge definitely pushed us up to the next level. We’ll enjoy the benefits of this upgrade for daily traffic and all events going forward.

Gender Bender returns this week! It will be available to purchase when it arrives at our distribution center in Utah, so stay tuned.

The Pool Bonus goes to advocates at Rank 10 or above who keep their momentum going during the month. Keeping it going through July, with its lake days, road trips, and packed calendars, is no small thing. Every name on this graphic did exactly that. Thank you for showing up! Soak up the recognition. You earned it!

Parties got the most love the last few weeks and I appreciate the feedback and testing from your leaders. Someone figured out how to order out-of-stock items (congrats), but obviously that’s impossible for us to ship so I closed that loop. And I fixed the finicky in-app browsers (mostly Facebook but also a few others) that used to drop important info on their own. As always, I also verified that all guest orders always credit the right advocate before and after any changes.

• Your QV & commissions: order volume now locks in once it’s written, so it can’t be accidentally overwritten. Numbers we can trust more quickly.
• Perks Points: cleaner refunds and a wallet that shows exactly what’s spendable before and after all types of transactions including spending, earning, and refunds.
• Team safeguards: sponsor changes apply more cleanly, with protection against any accidental changes. This is also in preparation for Minimum Sales Requirement rules application in the next few months.
• Faster, more consistent support replies behind the scenes.

If you haven’t seen that thread, you should check out all of the creativity from your fellow Advocates. Amazing graphics (and AI) skills. We shouldn’t knock AI at all if some of the graphics are that amazing and shareable.

I completed a comprehensive audit of our QV, commission, and Perks Points systems and totals. The result: I found a few exceptions where you should have received more QV! This resulted in a few rank advancements, corrected QV on all tool orders back to May, and numbers you can trust.

• Perks Points balance mismatch at checkout fixed. 63 users saw a displayed balance higher than what was spendable. This was from refund ledger rows being miscounted. Fixed. Unified the wallet and ledger.
• Party enhancements: Your leaders have given great feedback while testing. This week I fixed exclusive host bundles, party order display for hosts and advocates, checkout flow, responsive screen resizing for key elements, and nudge notifications for hosts and advocates to send to guests.
• Made small improvements to the login page, including “The Perfectly Posh.”

Gender Bender full size is out of stock and won’t be back for 8 to 10 weeks.

We have about 60 twenty-packs of sample-size Gender Bender bars left. Once they’re gone, no Gender Bender of any size is orderable until the restock arrives.

Samples are a real selling tool right now. Use them at parties, mail them to top customers, hand them out at events. A customer who tries the sample tends to come back for the full size, which means a sample shared today is a full-size order on the calendar for late summer.

Eight to ten weeks from today, which puts the restock in early to mid August. We’ll post here the day inventory is back in the warehouse and available to order.

You can represent other companies at any rank. Section 3.4 used to have a Rank 20 ceiling. It’s gone. You may run other businesses, hold other jobs, or pursue additional income while you build Posh. Three narrow rules apply (recruiting, competing products, Company-hosted events), and the document explains each one plainly.

No brand is currently designated as competing. The Competing Products framework exists as a future safeguard. If a specific brand is ever designated, you’ll hear it directly from the Company, by name, before any restriction takes effect. You don’t have to interpret a definition on your own.

“Company-hosted event” is now defined. It means an event the Company itself puts on (UnConventional, Leadership, regional training, official webinars). Your own vendor tables, parties, and community events are yours to run as you choose.

A new Section 6: Your Rights as an Advocate. Eight specific protections written down, including fair notice, the right to respond, the right to appeal, and a commitment that we will never enforce a policy you weren’t given proper notice of.

A full Privacy Policy. Section 13 covers what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, your state-law rights, and how to exercise them. The same policy is published at theperfectlyposh.com/privacy-policy.

A clear dispute path. Section 8 walks the four-step escalation: direct resolution, mediation, arbitration, and court. Most issues never leave step one. No class actions, no surprises.

Be honest. Be specific. Treat you like a trusted partner. The promise on page one is the promise we run the company by:

We will be direct, fair, and consistent. We will tell you what the rules are, why they exist, and what happens when things go wrong. We will listen to you and work with you so that we are all successful.

The truck did not leave Dallas last week as planned. It left yesterday. We are hoping it arrives in Salt Lake City tomorrow, and the moment it does we are shipping the backlog of orders immediately.

I have been in contact with the manufacturer of The Healer. Production was delayed. We will share a confirmed delivery date as soon as we have one, but it is likely a few more weeks.

It’s great to see pink Rank 5 t-shirts going out again. Congratulations to all of you who have earned one so far.

If you’ve been waiting on an order from May 13 onward, three things to know.

First, we sent 363 emails yesterday with full Perks Points credited for the retail value of the items still in transit from Texas. You should see those Perks Points in your account already.

Second, our final inventory shipment left Dallas on Friday. We expect the truck to arrive Tuesday or Wednesday next week.

Third, once it lands we ship as fast as we can, oldest orders first. No one who waited gets overlooked.

Thank you for the patience while we got the warehouse and shipping pipeline into our own hands. We’re almost there. And Andrew has planned ahead so that we shouldn’t see as many delays in the future.
