Advocates across seven different ranks earned the September 2026 Pool Bonus. The Pool Bonus goes to Advocates at Rank 10 or above who meet a sales consistency requirement during the month. Everyone here put in the work that makes this business go, and we are proud to recognize them for their hard work.

Congratulations to everyone! The October pool is running right now, and there is room on this list for anybody willing to go after it.

You’ve been trying Thirst Trap Plumping Peptide Toner since Spooky season began, and your feedback has made our month! We are planning to bring it back after Spooky season ends, with new design of course.

What is a toner, anyway?

It’s the step between washing your face and your serum. You pat it on, and your skin is ready for whatever comes next. Most toners are thin and watery. This one is silky, and you’ll feel the difference on your fingertips. It takes about ten seconds, and there is room for it in almost any routine.

Where it fits

1. Wash your face.
2. Pat on Thirst Trap Plumping Peptide Toner with your fingertips or a cotton round. Do not skip the neck.
3. Add your serum.
4. Finish with your moisturizer.

Already have a routine? Nothing leaves it. This slots in between.

The star ingredients in Thirst Trap

• Hyaluronic acid: for skin that looks plump and dewy.
• Two peptides: for firmer looking skin.
• Eleven amino acids: for skin that looks smoother and softer.
• Witch hazel and aloe: for a fresh, comfortable feel.
• Gotu kola and green tea: plant favorites for skin that looks calm and awake.

Thirsty skin looks flat and tired. With Thirst Trap in your routine, your skin has its fill and looks awake, soft and a little dangerous. Use it after dark or before the sun comes up.

It’s $21 and only available at theperfectlyposh.com.

How it works

• Put $25 or more of products in your cart. The Posh Mint Bag shows up in your cart on its own. There is no code to enter.
• One free bag per order.
• Sale items count at their sale price.
• The $25 is counted before any discounts or Perks Points, so paying with Perks Points does not cost you the bag. To use them, choose Perks Points at checkout and enter the amount. Commission Points never count against it either.

See your Perks Points and their expiration dates here, and use them before they expire: theperfectlyposh.com/my-perks-points

The Minimum Sales Requirement (MSR) helps to keep leaders connected to the business and their teams. A team grows when the person leading it is still selling and is still available for the advocates on their team. MSR is one way that we hold that line, and your specific requirement amount is determined by the Ranks of the advocates in your team.

MSR is always a two month span. The current period runs September 1 to October 31, so the first deadline isn’t until the end of next month. If your tracker says “Action needed,” that means you’re not quite there yet, but you still have a few weeks left to get there.

1. Check your MSR Tracker today. It is in the Advocate Dashboard dropdown. It shows for all advocates with at least one advocate on their team, so if you do not have one yet, this does not apply to you.

2. You may request an Extension or Guidance any time. The button is at the bottom of the tracker. It opens a form that goes to Andrew. Ask for more time, ask what to do next, or explain your situation. One request per period.

3. Read more about MSR and how it works at theperfectlyposh.com/msr.

Open the dropdown and look at your MSR status today!

Congratulations to every one of you. The September pool is running right now, and there is room on this list for anybody willing to go after it.

If your order was between P-100081222 and P-100082738 and had Zest Friend Big Bath Bar in it which was delayed, we added $8 in Perks Points to your Posh Wallet, the full retail price of the bar. Nothing to claim and nothing to ask for.

A few details:

• Look for “Perks for the Zest Friend delay. Thank you for your patience.”
• Those Perks Points are good until February 27, 2027.
• If you got a partial credit earlier this month, we topped it up to the full $8 per bar rather than paying twice.
• When an advocate ordered for a customer, the credit may have gone to the customer, since they are the one waiting on the product.

If a customer asks you about this, here is the short version:

Your Zest Friend bar was delayed on its way to Posh, so they put the full price of it back on your account in Perks Points and they will also ship the product you ordered to you. There is nothing else you need to do except pamper yourself, and make sure to use your extra Perks Points. 🙂

The delay happened before the product reached us, so nothing was sitting in our warehouse. We still apologize for the delay and are working it out with our suppliers to try to prevent it from happening in the future.

The Splurge last week was very exciting! Many things are going well currently, with a few areas for improvement.

What went well:

• We launched with teasers on Facebook and emails to all advocates.
• Wat(er)son and Sure-Lock are fun new additions for face skincare.
• Even with the huge wave of orders, turnaround time for shipping Splurge orders has been excellent!
• Spooky products are on their way!

What needs improvement:

• We’re still working on the ticket backlog. Progress is slow, but we’re pushing through until we’re caught up.
• The delays from our suppliers caused delays and split-shipping for a few items including Zest Friend and Indigo Girl. We’re moving up our forecasts and schedules to get product earlier.
• Andrew needs to communicate more. We’re making changes to our team calendar to get more updates from Andrew, more often.

As a result of the Splurge, we increased our server capacity and upgraded our traffic-management tools. We were really close to needing to do it anyway, but the Splurge definitely pushed us up to the next level. We’ll enjoy the benefits of this upgrade for daily traffic and all events going forward.

Gender Bender returns this week! It will be available to purchase when it arrives at our distribution center in Utah, so stay tuned.

The Pool Bonus goes to advocates at Rank 10 or above who keep their momentum going during the month. Keeping it going through July, with its lake days, road trips, and packed calendars, is no small thing. Every name on this graphic did exactly that. Thank you for showing up! Soak up the recognition. You earned it!

Parties got the most love the last few weeks and I appreciate the feedback and testing from your leaders. Someone figured out how to order out-of-stock items (congrats), but obviously that’s impossible for us to ship so I closed that loop. And I fixed the finicky in-app browsers (mostly Facebook but also a few others) that used to drop important info on their own. As always, I also verified that all guest orders always credit the right advocate before and after any changes.

• Your QV & commissions: order volume now locks in once it’s written, so it can’t be accidentally overwritten. Numbers we can trust more quickly.
• Perks Points: cleaner refunds and a wallet that shows exactly what’s spendable before and after all types of transactions including spending, earning, and refunds.
• Team safeguards: sponsor changes apply more cleanly, with protection against any accidental changes. This is also in preparation for Minimum Sales Requirement rules application in the next few months.
• Faster, more consistent support replies behind the scenes.

Emails sent to winners of The Healer graphic contest on Sharing Posh. Thank you for everyone who shared! If you haven’t seen that thread, you should check out all of the creativity from your fellow Advocates. Amazing graphics (and AI) skills. We shouldn’t knock AI at all if some of the graphics are that amazing and shareable.

I completed a comprehensive audit of our QV, commission, and Perks Points systems and totals. The result: I found a few exceptions where you should have received more QV! This resulted in a few rank advancements, corrected QV on all tool orders back to May, and numbers you can trust.

• Perks Points balance mismatch at checkout fixed. 63 users saw a displayed balance higher than what was spendable. This was from refund ledger rows being miscounted. Fixed. Unified the wallet and ledger.
• Party enhancements: Your leaders have given great feedback while testing. This week I fixed exclusive host bundles, party order display for hosts and advocates, checkout flow, responsive screen resizing for key elements, and nudge notifications for hosts and advocates to send to guests.
• Made small improvements to the login page, including “The Perfectly Posh.”

Your Posh Payday is here. Personal commissions and mentor bonuses for the week ending July 11th just landed in your Posh Wallet. Use your Commission Points at checkout, or route them to your bank through iPayout. Proud of the week you put in.

It’s a Posh Pay Day! Congratulations on a great week. Your personal commissions and mentor bonuses for the week ending June 13th are deposited to your Posh Wallet. You can use your Commission Points immediately at checkout, or send them to your bank through iPayout.

Some warm news about your Posh Perks Points. Until now, they never expired. Starting now, every Perks Point is good for six months from the day you earn it.

Everything you earned through February 2026 is good until August 31, 2026. After that, the six-month rule rolls forward.

Your balance and exact dates are always on your My Perks Points page (link below). Keep track, treat yourself, and stay pampered.

See my Perks and dates

NOTE: An email was sent to every Advocate and customer with a Perks Points balance with a link to their personal balance and expiration schedule.

Thank you to everyone who nominated a Posh BFF for National Best Friends Day. We were overwhelmed, in the best way, by how many of you took a moment to celebrate a friend.

From all of your nominations, we drew pairs completely at random. Each winner has been emailed a free BFF Best Face Forever, one for them and one for the friend they were paired with.

If you nominated someone, thank you. We are so happy about every single nomination you shared. Every one of them is still up on the wall, and this year’s winners now wear a gold ribbon. Go see the friendships you all celebrated at

The May 2026 Pool Bonus is paid, and the Advocates on this list each earned a share of all sales across the whole company. They reached Rank 10 or higher and showed up this month. The Pool Bonus rewards consistency, and these are the people who did it in May. Congratulations to every one of you!

Here is what makes the Pool different from a one-time win: It pays every single month. Reach Rank 10 and you are eligible from then on, this month, next month, and every month you keep showing up. Your rank never goes backward, so the door you open for yourself stays open. The Advocates on this graphic are not lucky. They are consistent, and consistency is the whole strategy.

Not on the list yet? Rank 10 is the first goal, and it is closer than it looks when you build a little every week. Keep your personal sales moving, and the rank takes care of itself. We would love to see your name here next time!

Gender Bender full size is out of stock and won’t be back for 8 to 10 weeks.

We have about 60 twenty-packs of sample-size Gender Bender bars left. Once they’re gone, no Gender Bender of any size is orderable until the restock arrives.

Samples are a real selling tool right now. Use them at parties, mail them to top customers, hand them out at events. A customer who tries the sample tends to come back for the full size, which means a sample shared today is a full-size order on the calendar for late summer.

Eight to ten weeks from today, which puts the restock in early to mid August. We’ll post here the day inventory is back in the warehouse and available to order.

You can represent other companies at any rank. Section 3.4 used to have a Rank 20 ceiling. It’s gone. You may run other businesses, hold other jobs, or pursue additional income while you build Posh. Three narrow rules apply (recruiting, competing products, Company-hosted events), and the document explains each one plainly.

No brand is currently designated as competing. The Competing Products framework exists as a future safeguard. If a specific brand is ever designated, you’ll hear it directly from the Company, by name, before any restriction takes effect. You don’t have to interpret a definition on your own.

“Company-hosted event” is now defined. It means an event the Company itself puts on (UnConventional, Leadership, regional training, official webinars). Your own vendor tables, parties, and community events are yours to run as you choose.

A new Section 6: Your Rights as an Advocate. Eight specific protections written down, including fair notice, the right to respond, the right to appeal, and a commitment that we will never enforce a policy you weren’t given proper notice of.

A full Privacy Policy. Section 13 covers what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, your state-law rights, and how to exercise them. The same policy is published at theperfectlyposh.com/privacy-policy.

A clear dispute path. Section 8 walks the four-step escalation: direct resolution, mediation, arbitration, and court. Most issues never leave step one. No class actions, no surprises.

Be honest. Be specific. Treat you like a trusted partner. The promise on page one is the promise we run the company by:

We will be direct, fair, and consistent. We will tell you what the rules are, why they exist, and what happens when things go wrong. We will listen to you and work with you so that we are all successful.

If you read the document and something is unclear, that’s our problem to fix. Tell us.

Open the full Statement of Policies & Procedures (PDF)

The next time you log in to your Advocate Dashboard, you’ll see a one-time prompt to review and agree to the updated Policies & Procedures. The link inside the prompt opens the full document. Once you’ve reviewed and agreed, you’ll have full access to your Dashboard as usual.

Take the time to read it. It’s your business and your agreement. We want you to know what’s in it.

Nothing about this document is off-limits or hidden. If you want a section explained or you spot something that doesn’t read right, email support@poshmailbox.com and we’ll talk it through.

The truck did not leave Dallas last week as planned. It left yesterday. We are hoping it arrives in Salt Lake City tomorrow, and the moment it does we are shipping the backlog of orders immediately.

I have been in contact with the manufacturer of The Healer. Production was delayed. We will share a confirmed delivery date as soon as we have one, but it is likely a few more weeks.

It’s great to see pink Rank 5 t-shirts going out again. Congratulations to all of you who have earned one so far.

If you’ve been waiting on an order from May 13 onward, three things to know.

First, we sent 363 emails yesterday with full Perks Points credited for the retail value of the items still in transit from Texas. You should see those Perks Points in your account already.

Second, our final inventory shipment left Dallas on Friday. We expect the truck to arrive Tuesday or Wednesday next week.

Third, once it lands we ship as fast as we can, oldest orders first. No one who waited gets overlooked.

Thank you for the patience while we got the warehouse and shipping pipeline into our own hands. We’re almost there. And Andrew has planned ahead so that we shouldn’t see as many delays in the future.

Open your Advocate Dashboard and you’ll see a new news bar across the top, right next to the Perfectly Posh logo. It rotates through the most recent items: the Transition FAQ and the latest posts from the News page.

Click or tap any card to read the full update. We’ll use this space for anything time-sensitive that you should see the moment you open the dashboard.

If you’ve had issues with commission points calculating wrong at checkout, this has been fixed. If anything still looks off, let us know through your dashboard contact form and we’ll dig in.

We’re bringing back the programs that were inconsistent or paused over the last 2 years, and we’re starting with Rank 5 t-shirts.

When you advance to Rank 5, you’ll get a link to add a pink t-shirt to your cart. The link lets you pick the size you actually want, ignores the size in your profile, and adds the shirt at no cost. You include it with your next order, so nothing ships separately.

The backlog is over 300 shirts, but every person deserves a Pink Rank 5 Shirt! Notifications go out soon!

Monthly award pins and certificates are next on the list.

Congratulations on a great week! Your personal commissions and mentor bonuses for the week ending May 23rd are deposited to your Posh Wallet. You can use your Commission Points immediately at checkout or send them to your bank account through iPayout.

We have all hands on deck shipping today. Not all of our inventory items have arrived from Dallas yet, but we’re shipping every order we can and will ship the rest over the next few days as the final items arrive in Salt Lake City.

I also have a few items that were marked “out of stock” in Dallas that were actually included in the shipment so far, so I’ll be adding those back to the site soon (prob Sunday). Stay tuned. We may have found a few hundred of your “Sol Mates.”

Thanks for being part of the Posh community. I’m happy you’re here and look forward to the next several weeks of rolling out more new things.

But for now…

SHIPPING!!!

– Andrew
