Fixed the issue where selecting a category filter and adding an item to the cart redirected to a black screen with json code displayed.
The cart icon now shows how many items are in it and the cart slides out from the right.
Changed wording on page when you try to open the Dashboard and you’re not logged in.

Good morning.
Since launching this new site just under two months ago, I’ve been pushing hard to add features because Posh should move faster and offer more than anyone else. It’s been exciting to deliver things you’ve been asking for, but I know there have also been disruptions. When checkout went down last week, it hit everyone hard. I understand that when the basics don’t feel reliable, the new fancy features don’t matter.
That’s why I took checkout back to basics last week and spent the weekend tightening the website’s foundation. I made the site smoother and steadier so we can move forward with confidence. That had to come first right now, even before big priorities like commissions and pool bonuses.
A few bumpy days feel like years when I’m in the middle of fixing things on the site. I know that in a few months this time period will look much smaller in the rear-view mirror, but in the moment I take every detail seriously. I have to remind myself that what matters most is that this site opens the door to bigger opportunities for everyone. I believe in Posh, and I’m grateful that we are doing this together.
I’ll be pushing code updates throughout the day, and post again either this evening or tomorrow morning on what we get to do next.

Good morning.
This morning I’m working on an issue that is causing the payment block in checkout to blink. It’s trying refresh to make sure it’s validating your address and calculating sales tax correctly, but the interval is far too often so it looks like it’s blinking. This is the most urgent item on my plate right now. Some desktop browsers are not having the issue, and a lot of orders are coming in correctly, so I will get the blinking fixed and make sure there are no issues on any device or with any browser.
Status: Patch deployed, so the blinking should not be there anymore. Testing passed on iPhone Safari and iPhone Chrome, which were reported by advocates. Also testing all other mobile browsers. Just refresh the page if you see blinking, and the fix will be applied.

Good morning.
We worked overnight and finally this morning we’re making noticeable progress. I’ll keep you updated. The checkout page is now in the testing phase. Thank you for hanging in there with us a little longer. We’re close to having this fixed.
No other part of the site was affected. This issue was isolated to the checkout page.
Great News!
Everything is fixed and working again for the checkout page. Give us a few minutes to clean up, but it should be good to go. Pleas be aware that as part of the repair process, I removed all of the styling that I spent so much time on. So the checkout page is back to bare bones without anything fancy. It didn’t end up being part of the problem, but I wanted to make sure. So please excuse the current page. It isn’t very Posh-looking and that makes me sad. But I’ll make it beautiful and Poshy again soon, after I am certain that everything is running smoothly.
I also unplugged commissions points payment option for the same reason. Perks are still there, but please give me a few days before I attempt to put that back into the checkout page. I want to be very careful and deliberate. I feel like adding so many features last week was like pushing my workout a little too hard and I injured myself, so I need to recover and make a plan for what’s next. I sincerely apologize for the interruption that this has caused.
While I was working with developers on resolving the checkout issue, I had another developer add sandbox tools that give me a better workflow for adding new features without interrupting the main site. It’s something I started but didn’t finish, and this was a great chance (and reason) to get that done.
Known Website Issues
No need to submit a ticket for these. They are on my list for today:
Adding an item to your cart sometimes loads an error. The product is still added to your cart. The error is for the page filter refreshing and should be repaired soon.

The checkout repair also nuked the order confirmation page. I’ll get that back soon. For the first few hours today, you might need to get your order number from the Advocate Dashboard and use the order-status and order-confirmation URLs I posted a few days ago. I’ll get it reconnected so that it shows after your order is submitted.

Just after our leadership call last night, I started work on a payment issue we were having yesterday with our checkout page. Today I put the checkout page into maintenance mode because we’re still working on it. I’ve been at it for 19 hours straight, and had help from 3 other experts so far. We haven’t solved it yet, but we will. I know that’s frustrating, and believe me, I feel it too. It will be fixed the right way so it’s reliable going forward.
Even with today’s setback, I’m really optimistic about where we’re headed together. We’ve got big things in motion and I can’t wait to share more with you soon, including the Posh Punch Card that I’ve been testing, some new actions for the Action Drawer, and some other fun things I have lined up for September, October, November, and December.
I also want to add that today we all need a good reminder to slow down. Take a little time for self-care, and be with the people you love. Hug your family, spend a moment with friends, and pamper yourself with something that feels good. No matter our politics or opinions, we’re all in this together.

Good afternoon. Here are some recent site updates for you:
Recent Orders Display: the Recent Orders section of your Advocate Dashboard was showing the order total, which was confusing if you used Commissions Points for the full amount because it would show 0.00. So now it shows the Qualifying amount for each order, which is the amount that contributes to your Lifetime Sales and Rank Advancement.
Team Center Improvements: implemented better memory protection to prevent server issues with larger teams, added improvements to filtering options including depth, rank, and sales volume, improved performance with chunked data processing for larger team structures, and enhanced leader view capabilities for better team management. I spent some time on Team Center yesterday and have a few more items to complete here, so additional improvements are coming this week.
Coupon Improvements: added additional support for all coupon types, implemented a more robust testing framework for the most common types of coupons that we use (fixed amount, percentage, and free shipping), added support for cart condition coupons, added better internal tracking for user-specific coupon validation, cleaned up date-based and usage limit coupon functionality, improved error handling and user feedback for common coupon application situations. The ADVOCATE code is now fully operational for all new Advocates.
Posh Wallet Updates: improved balance calculation with a single source of truth for all points calculations, real-time validation syncing with better balance verification on every transaction,
transaction integrity checks connected to database-level constraints that prevent data corruption,
concurrent operation safety protocol that prevents race conditions in the process script,
atomic transactions overhaul with all wallet transactions being fully atomic which means that deposits and withdrawals are verified through the complete process and never posted when incomplete,
automatic error correction for balance discrepancies. A lot of this is under the hood, but it puts us in a position to give you the correct information more quickly.
Other System Reliability Improvements: added better function error handling and system stability which is very important since I’m making so many changes in such a short period of time,
added better error logging and debugging capabilities to some of the high-traffic areas of the site, implemented memory usage monitoring and protection for key functions, enhanced database query optimization for better search and render performance, added transaction rollback capabilities for failed operations, improved user experience with better error messages and feedback removing silent fails and silent successes from some forms and processes.

Failed orders no longer showing in Recent Orders.
Advocate Profile now accessible. Click on the cog wheel to the right of your name on the Advocate Dashboard to edit your profile picture, first name, last name, email for communication, DISPLAY NAME, web alias, date of birth, tax ID, tax ID type, t-shirt size, billing address, shipping address, phone number, or to reset your password. Your Profile page also shows your Posh ID number and email for login, which cannot be changed. We’re not displaying your profile pic anywhere yet, but we have plans.
Updated styling for the Advocate Dashboard to look a little better on mobile.

Bug fixes:
Resolved an issue with “Not set” error and “security token” error. Both were connected to a cached file in regional web servers. This one took me a few days because the file was fixed on our web server, but a version of the file that was saved on regional web servers was apparently still loading for users. Testing has been great, and I’ve confirmed that it was fixed with a few specific individuals who reached out to me. The page should fix itself, but if it doesn’t for you or you have any further issues with these errors, do this first before submitting a ticket:
On a PC – Ctrl + F5 to hard-refresh the page
On a Mac – Cmd + Shift + R to hard-refresh the page
On a mobile device – clear browsing history and cache
Feature Additions:
Don’t have an iPayout account yet? You can create one by clicking on the iPayout blue button in your Posh Wallet. You must have your date of birth in your profile. I’m adding a profile editor for you to access, but before that is ready you can contact support if you are missing it and get an error.
Perks Points!
Perks Points are now added to new orders in real time. If your order is 50 QV or more, you will see two lines in your Posh Wallet for that order. The first line is for 10% of the QV value of the order, and the second line is Bonus Perks Points for larger orders:

I’ve added new features to the Team Center, for leaders to manage their teams better:
Filters are redesigned and improved. Now you can filter by date range, team structure, rank, sales amounts, and recent sales activity. Want to see who in your team had the highest Sales last week and sort them from most to least? Now you can. Want to see which Rank 4 Advocates who are Down 3 are getting close to reaching Rank 5, so that you can help them get there and start earning a Mentor Bonus on their Sales? Now you can. Or want to see which Rank 2 Advocates in your team had between $54 and $67 in Sales last Thursday? I’m not sure exactly why you might need to know that, but now you can!
New Team Contact Cards. Click on any name on your Team Center page and you’ll see their mailing address, phone, and email. Plus, you can then click the Notes button and add additional info that will help you be a better leader for them. If they have their birthday in their profile already, that will push to the Notes for you, but you are free to save anything else you want to remember to serve them better.
Powerful Team Search. Search by name, city, state, or even anything in your notes. And when you click on their name in search results, you’ll see their full team just like they see it!

We are making big progress! Here are a few site feature updates from the last few days:
Weekly Commissions are current. Yesterday I posted commissions for the weeks ending August 16th and August 23rd. All commissions entries are in your Posh Wallet on the date they should be paid, so you can sort by date or amount if you need to look back for anything.
Annual Awards cash bonus and July Pool Bonus are also paid. I have a post below congratulating each recipient. These were very late and I apologize for that. I’ve built processes that will allow me to stay current going forward.
I still have some unattached orders. We will email the customers for every unattached order to figure out which advocate to attach that order to. I want every single order attached.
I’m working currently on Team Center improvements, and reported bugs for footer advocate name including “Not set” error,
order Perks, commissions balance forward reconciliation from the previous system, and new email notifications.

Good afternoon.
Here is a quick update on where things stand right now. My highest priority is reconstructing your accurate transaction history. I assumed that transferring balances straight over from the other system wouldn’t have any issues, but your feedback says otherwise. So I’ll rebuild your balances to be sure.
What I’ve Already Done:
I’ve added your personal commissions and mentor bonuses to your Posh Wallet, fully updated through last Wednesday. You can view your updated balance at theperfectlyposh.com/posh-wallet. Make sure you are logged in.
I’m still working on iPayout integration. When this is complete, you will be able to transfer Commissions Points to iPayout.
There are a few bugs with paying for orders with commission points. Some people have already paid for orders with commissions, but some others are receiving an error. We’re making good progress, and I’ll keep chipping away until it’s seamless.
What I’m Working On Next:
Missing Orders or Transactions: If you spot any missing orders in your history, please submit a support ticket with as many details as possible (email confirmation, customer name, date, amount, etc.). We’ll find it and make sure it’s attached properly.
Lifetime Sales & Rank Accuracy: I’m auditing critical items like UnCon and Leadership tickets among others. Please hang tight. You don’t need to submit a ticket for this yet. I’m rebuilding every order from the other system line-by-line (and fixing their mistakes) to ensure your total lifetime sales and rank reflect exactly what they should.
Perks Are Coming Soon: Perks aren’t accurately reflected in your wallet yet, but that’s on the way. No support tickets needed on perks for now. I’ll get those live shortly.
My Commitment to You:
I am committed to making sure every order is attached correctly, every commission is paid in full, and all Perks and Ranks are precise and accurate. If something is off, I will search it out, correct it, and ensure you’re paid exactly what you earned. This is personal for me, and I want you to feel 100% confident in that. Order Accuracy: Every order should now be attached to the correct Advocate with the correct sales amounts. If you notice anything that looks off, please submit a ticket so I can track it. In most cases, any issue you see would affect more than just you or a single order, so submitting a ticket is a good idea.
Full Review in Progress: I ’m processing every commission run starting from April 2024 today. This refining process ensures that every order is in the right place, at the right time, and tied to the right Advocate. I built a special tool for this so we can have complete confidence in both order and commission numbers. This also includes confirming rank advancements. The way I designed the Posh business rules, every order, every rank, and every Advocate connection has a purpose and can be reconciled and verified. It’s taking more time than expected, but with the tool I build, it will be completed today.
Rank Reports: Once the weekly commission reconciliations are finished, we’ll have confirmed weekly rank advancement reports from April 2024 through last week.
Next Step – Deposits: With all weeks’ ranks confirmed, I can finalize the commission runs for recent weeks and deposit earnings into your Posh Wallet.

2:05 PM Pacific: We are currently investigating a credit card processing issue affecting all orders this afternoon. The problem originates with our credit card processor and is not related to our website or customers’ credit cards. We will share updates as soon as more information is available.
2:15 PM Pacific: We’ve contacted our credit card processor (LPT). They are investigating. If we need to extend Buy 5 because of this, we certainly will. Stay tuned.

Great news. The conversion to HPOS is complete! Order histories are now accurate for nearly everyone. I do have a small group of orders from our previous system that they didn’t process correctly for Lifetime Sales and commissions, and some recent guest orders that I’ll follow up on, but I’m working through each one of them. Once those are fixed, everything will be fully up to date.
The Posh Wallet is live and in final testing. Your Perks Points and Commissions Points balances have been carried forward from July 18, and are in your accounts. Next, I’ll be adding the weekly personal commission and mentor bonus batches for the weeks ending July 19, July 26, and August 2.
Even though I’m being very thorough, if you see something that doesn’t look right, like a strange order or even one that’s missing, please don’t panic. Let us know. We have complete control and the ability to make it right. The way I’ve set up the Pay Plan makes it easy for me to correct orders, even after the fact, and make sure your numbers are exactly where they should be. We’re in the home stretch, and everything is coming together beautifully.

I want to give you a clear, confident update on what’s happening behind the scenes.
Right now, I’m in the middle of a very precise, very deliberate process: I’m adding historical line items to orders that were imported from our previous system. These are mostly from June and July 2025, but to do this right, I’m going all the way back to April 2024. Why? Because this is how I ensure your lifetime sales are 100% accurate. Well, they’re gone now. And I won’t even say their names. They don’t exist in my world. I have too much work to do to make Posh into what I always meant for it to be. And I would rather spend my time getting to know you, creating pampering products and a great website, going on incentive trips, and building something we can all be proud to be a part of.
Yes, waiting for commissions sucks. I know that. I feel it every single minute. I carry the weight of thousands of people and their teams and customers on my shoulders right now. But this is working. Order histories are updating. Ranks will be accurate. Commission points are real and will be delivered.
And the most important thing? I’m not going anywhere. This is my home. We are finally free of the people who traumatized you and me for their own benefit. Now we get to build what Posh was always meant to be.

Issue resolved where some web aliases were receiving “The page can’t be found” incorrectly. If you are certain that your web alias is correct and are still receiving this error, clear your cache. Posh News page now fully functional.
Issue resolved with [Unknown Advocate]. If your name is not displaying in the footer after you click on your link on the Find an Advocate page, please submit a ticket.
Removed case-sensitivity for web aliases. Anyone with a capital letter in their web alias (like AmySmith) was being blocked on the Find an Advocate page. This is now fixed for all web aliases.
In Progress: Advocate Dashboard restoration…Sections are displaying correctly. Still need to link order numbers to order details and customer names to customer contact cards.

We had a packed leadership call last night with frontline leaders and monthly bonus earners. I’m so grateful for the feedback, ideas, and solutions we shared. Here’s your official recap and next steps:
System & Site Updates
Perk Points: All final Perks from the old system have been transferred. Some users are seeing a $0 display at checkout due to a visual bug, but your points are safe. Most cases are similar enough, that I believe that fixing one case will fix them all.
Posh Wallet: You’ll soon have access to a detailed Perks ledger (deposits, withdrawals, balances). A dashboard button will be added alongside the Team Center.
Advocate & Customer Profiles: Customers can now update their profiles. Advocate profile updates (email, phone, address) are coming next. Web alias updates will also be included.
Commission Tracking: Commission visibility is launching first. Withdrawals via I-Payout will follow once testing is complete. A longer-term solution is ready for testing but is at least a month away. I don’t want too much change here too quickly. Let’s get everyone who was using I-Payout back in so that they can get their money, then we’ll plan the transition to a better, long-term situation.
Site Navigation & Shopping Experience
Product Display Improvements: We discussed how to improve the main Shop page by moving specific products to the front of the shop. Tools and apparel will be hidden from customers soon. We also discussed filters like “vegan,” “no fragrance added,” and sorting by price.
Cart Features: Great suggestion to add a “Continue Shopping” button. I put that on my list. We talked about gifting category ideas like “Gifts under $15.”
Login Experience: We’re fixing username confusion (email vs. firstname.lastname for customers). A proper logout button will be added. New accounts may eventually default to email-based usernames, but I’ll find out first how to resolve login issues from customers who created accounts this week and have usernames that are firstname.lastname instead of email address.
Orders, Tracking, and Inventory
Order Visibility: Advocates will soon be able to view customer order status and tracking once a duplicate order number issue with the warehouse is resolved.
Inventory Accuracy: The new system automatically removes sold-out items. Our goal is no more manual toggles or oversells.
Product Formulations: Concerns about the new BFF logo/formulation were noted. I’ll review stock levels and confirm how much of the old version is left and why the new version has already begun shipping.
Expiration Dates: We will look into improving how expiration or “best by” dates appear on packaging with our various manufacturers.
Communication and Support
Notifications: Order and system notifications for advocates via email (SendGrid) will resume soon. Templates are being migrated now.
Customer Help: Customers can now view their recent orders in the customer dashboard. Additional details are coming after Perks and order number tracking are finalized.

Commissions Update
Happy Wednesday, everybody!
I’m focusing today on getting Commission Points visible and available for you to use. Here is the plan:
Load final commissions account balances from our previous system into the database of our new system. This includes one line for your “balance forward” which is what your commissions account balance was before the last commission run on July 23, 2025, and a line for July 23rd commissions (for orders from the previous week in the previous system). This is done.
Load Commissions Points into Checkout. Make your commissions points balance available for you to use on orders. This is in process right now.
Update all Posh Wallets with Commissions Points for orders in the new system from July 18-26. And make the Posh Wallet accessible to all advocates. This is where you will see transactions for your Perks Points and Commissions Points.This is next.
Connect i-Payout to Posh Wallet so that you can transfer Commissions Points into your i-Payout account.
As I mentioned in the earlier update. I am pushing to get i-Payout connected right now because it will be the quickest option for most people to get their money the soonest. However, I have a long-term solution that will replace i-Payout that I would like to launch in the next several weeks.

I’m on a plane this morning, working through my Sunday project list. I ran into a few order reconciliation hiccups yesterday, but everything’s back on track and moving forward today.

New Account Icon
While I’m auditing line items for June and July orders, I made an improvement to the account icon on the home page. By default, it was linked to the login screen. So if you were already logged in and clicked the user icon, you were probably asked to log in again.
The new icon (pink, of course) recognizes if you’re already logged in and sends you to the right place, either the Advocate Dashboard or the new Customer Dashboard. I’ll keep adding more features to both, but hopefully directing you to the correct dashboard instead of asking you to log in again is better.

The Brazilian Bombshell Snarky Bar had the wrong product title and wrong image. Both have been corrected. It is “Cupuacu-Loaded.”
